Does the timer keep running in the background?
Yes. Leave the app or lock the screen and the countdown keeps going; when time is up you get a notification with your chosen sound or vibration.
How many presets can I save?
There is no fixed cap — save as many presets as you need. The starter presets can be edited or deleted like any other.
Can I back up or transfer my data?
Timers and stats live only on your device, so they are included in your normal iPhone backup (iCloud or computer). Restore that backup on a new phone and your timers come along. There is no separate export.
